Nature in Design at Ljósifoss Power Station
The exhibition presents designers who view nature from differing perspectives and their manner of handling the subjects are as varied as nature itself. Questions on nature protection, sustainability, man-made environments and beauty are directed at the observer.
At the opening, Hörður Arnarson , the Landsvirkjun CEO and Halla Helgadóttir manager of the Iceland Design Centre both declared how happy they were with the cooperation. Halla talked about how important support was for the current growth in Icelandic design and Hörður drew attention to the positive effects of cooperation between differing parties.
