Laxá Hydropower Stations features the exhibitions What of the Gods?

What of the Gods?
The exhibition What of the Gods? One of the country's most interesting tourist exhibitions, What of the Gods?, continues in Laxá Station this summer. The exhibition is based on the Nordic mythology, featuring works by sculptor Hallsteinn Sigurðsson. It has already drawn well-deserved attention from visitors since 2004.

The sculptures are arranged in the tunnels and vaults of Laxá Station, so that visitors travel from the world of men to that of the gods and back again. Explanation text is available in Icelandic and English. The exhibition has become a popular stopping place for travellers through North Iceland.
